Data Entry - Excel Expert - Invoicing, ERP, and Inventory Management

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail- oriented Excel Expert who can manage daily invoices, maintain accurate data, and operate ERP systems for inventory and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in Excel formulas, reporting, and data accuracy, with a strong understanding of inventory workflows.
Responsibilities:
Enter and manage daily invoices and payment records
Maintain accurate data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
Update and manage inventory data in the ERP system
Track stock movement, consumption, and reorder levels
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Excel reports
Coordinate with sales, accounting, and warehouse teams
Verify invoice accuracy and match records with ERP entries
Maintain documentation, filing, and data consistency
Assist in ERP troubleshooting and updates when needed
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, sheets, reports)
Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, Next ERP, or similar)
Understanding of inventory management and stock processes
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, or inventory
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work with deadlines and manage data independently
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of accounting workflows
Experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
Ability to generate custom Excel dashboards
Employment Type:
Full- time (9AM to 7PM One Hour Break, Friday Off)
Salary: 250 to 300 KD
Visa Type: Only Transferable 18 (Aheli/Shoon)
