Position: Data Entry Operator – Quantity Surveyor Department

Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to join our Quantity Surveyor Department. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in steel structure knowledge and be proficient in MS Office, especially Excel formulas.

Responsibilities:

Enter and manage data related to quantity surveying tasks.

Maintain and update project- related documents and reports.

Assist the Quantity Surveyor team with administrative and technical support.

Use Excel formulas to streamline calculations and reporting processes.

Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate data handling.

Qualifications:

Good knowledge of steel structure processes and terminology.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.

Experience in using Excel formulas for data processing and analysis.

Willingness to learn and grow in the field of Quantity Surveying.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
