We are pleased to offer you the position of Car Delivery Driver in our company in Kuwait.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Delivery Driver

• Location: Kuwait Any Area

• Employment Type: Full- time

Salary & Incentives:

• Monthly Salary If Target Achieve : 170 KD

• Room Rent Allowance: 20 KD per month

• Petrol Allowance: 40 KD per month

Performance Target & Incentive Scheme:

• Monthly Target: 400 orders per month

• If you achieve 400 orders or more: You will receive an extra incentive of 0.800 fils per order on all orders above 400.

• If you do not achieve the target: 0.650 fils will be deducted per short order (below 400).

Example:

• If you complete 450 orders → Incentive = 50 × 0.800 fils (add in your salary 170+50)

• If you complete 350 orders → Deduction = 50 × 0.650 fils (deduct from your salary 170- 50)

Additional Benefits:

• Company will provide accommodation (room) and food during your initial stay in Kuwait while your residency (Iqama) and Kuwait driving licence are being processed.

• Processing time for residency and driving licence: Approximately 2 months.

• Company will provide you with a company car for deliveries.

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is subject to the successful completion of medical test and security clearance as per Kuwait government requirements.

• Employment is governed by Kuwait Labor Law.

• You must maintain a valid driving licence and residency after issuance.

• You have to always be neat and clean.

• You should always keep your car clean.

• You should follow Kuwait traffic rules and law. .

• 12 hours per day duty

• No weekend leave

• 2 off day in a month

• This contract between the company and you will last for a minimum period of 3 years.

• You will get 30 days leave once in a year. Before 2 months should be inform about leave.

• After every one year, we will give new promotion to the driver according to his performance.
