• Minimum 4 years of experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to create and implement productivity improvement plans

• Strong client relationship management skills to support business strategies

• Proven experience in contact management

• Proficient in computer applications
