Main responsibilities

• Overseeing daily delivery operations and route planning

• Managing drivers and delivery staff

• Ensuring products (consumer products ) reach stores and customer

• Monitoring vehicle maintenance and fuel usage

• Handling customer complaints about deliveries

• Checking delivery documentation (invoices, receipts, stock reports)

• Coordinating with sales and warehouse teams
