Delivery Supervisor

Location: Ardiya, Kuwait

-About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Delivery Supervisor to lead our delivery operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure that every order is delivered accurately, on time, and with the highest level of customer satisfaction.

-Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily delivery operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Manage and train delivery drivers to maintain company standards.

Plan and monitor delivery routes, schedules, and vehicle utilization.

Coordinate closely with the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams.

Handle and resolve escalated delivery-related issues and customer complaints.

Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and prepare regular delivery reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational performance.

-Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation supervision.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent knowledge of route planning, fleet management, and delivery systems.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in basic reporting and use of delivery tracking tools.

Valid Kuwaiti driver s license is an advantage.
