Salary: 1500 – 1800 KWD

Role Purpose:

Lead and oversee architectural engineering projects within the department, ensuring design integrity, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project teams of architects and engineers.

• Oversee planning, design, and execution of construction projects.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and local regulations.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and government authorities.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.

• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Must Speak Arabic Fluently
