1) Desktop Support Engineer
Bachelor in Computer science or relevant field.
3 Years and Above work experience
Core skills
Proven track of work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners.
Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Traveling to the client s location or connecting via a remote link.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Strong verbal communication skills

Advanced knowledge of patch management and software distribution.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
