AS a despatcher who worked in Talabat ,Deliveroo,jahez,keeta and mostly ordable website.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and customer- focused Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team! You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and drivers, ensuring smooth daily operations and top- notch service.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and dispatch drivers for daily routes or service calls

Communicate with customers via phone, email, or text to schedule and confirm appointments

Track and monitor deliveries or service progress in real time

Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally

Maintain accurate records of all dispatch and customer interactions

Work closely with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and multitasking skills

Strong attention to detail and problem- solving abilities

Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service preferred

Proficient with computers and dispatching software (training provided if needed)

Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and remain calm under pressure

Location: Qibla city

Working Hours: 9 hours daily (including 1- hour break)
