Fudgebrownies is a Kuwait- based artisan dessert brand specialising in handcrafted brownies and tiramisu brownies. We serve both retail customers and B2B clients, and we take our product quality very seriously — from ingredients to presentation.

What you'll do:

1.Prepare and bake artisan brownies and desserts following brand recipes with consistency

2.Manage daily kitchen operations including prep, baking schedules, and batch planning

3.Coordinate with suppliers place orders, track deliveries, and maintain stock levels

4.Process and pack orders for delivery platform fulfilment (Shopify, Talabat, Jahez, Keeta etc.)

5.Maintain full kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times

6.Monitor ingredient expiry, storage conditions, and waste reduction

What we're looking for:

1.Proven experience in a dessert, pastry, or bakery kitchen — required

2.Familiarity with food delivery platforms (Shopify, Talabat, Jahez, or similar)

3.Experience handling supplier communication and basic supply management

4.Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality

5.Ability to work independently and manage kitchen flow without constant supervision
