Key Responsibilities:

Supervise dispatch operations and ensure on- time, accurate deliveries

Lead and monitor drivers and dispatch staff (routing, schedules, attendance, discipline)

Coordinate with Kitchen/Production, Sales, Call Center, and Warehouse for smooth order flow

Manage orders from sales aggregators (e.g., Talabat, Deliveroo, Jahez, etc.) and ensure correct dispatching

Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and temperature control during transportation

Handle delivery issues (delays, complaints, missing items) and provide quick resolutions

Maintain dispatch records, reports, vehicle logs, and delivery documentation

Ensure delivery equipment readiness (hot boxes, chillers, seals, packaging, etc.)
