Job Title: Document Controller

Location: Amghara

Department: Commercial Department

Reports To: Commercial & BD Manager

Job Summary:

The Document Controller is responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling all project and company documentation. This role ensures that documents are accurate, up- to- date, properly filed, and accessible to relevant stakeholders while maintaining compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, organize, and update all company documents including RFQs, quotations, forms, contracts, drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.

• Implement and maintain document control procedures in line with company and client standards.

• Ensure timely distribution of documents to internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.

• Track document revisions, maintain version control, and ensure obsolete documents are removed from circulation. • Prepare and maintain document registers, logs, and reports as required.

• Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and managers to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and project- specific quality requirements.

• Support audits and inspections by providing accurate and up- to- date documentation.

• Manage both physical and electronic document filing systems.

• Monitor and report on document status, pending approvals, and outstanding actions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role within construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.

• Knowledge of document management systems (DMS), MS Office, and related software.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality standards.

• Compliance with company and client document control standards.

• Responsiveness to document requests and audit requirements.

Commercial Department Salary Budget

• 300 – 350 KD
