• Minimum 4 years of experience in delivery operations, transportation, or logistics supervision.

• Proven experience managing and supervising delivery drivers.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement productivity improvement plans.

• Strong client relationship and contact management experience.

• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and operational systems.

• Currently residing in Kuwait.

• Valid transferable residency (Article 18 transferable visa/valid civil ID).

• Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
