We are seeking a responsible and experienced Drivers Supervisor to oversee our team of delivery drivers.

The role involves ensuring timely and efficient deliveries, maintaining fleet discipline, and upholding safety and service standards.

Minimum 4 years of experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)

• Ability to create and implement productivity improvement plans

• Strong client relationship management skills to support business strategies

• Proven experience in contact management

• Proficient in computer applications

• Applicant must currently be in Kuwait with a transferable residency (valid ID)
