Are you a highly organized leader with a strong background in logistics and team management? We are seeking an experienced Drivers Team Leader to lead and manage our fleet operations, ensuring peak productivity and providing essential support to our drivers.

What You'll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

As the Drivers Team Leader, you will be the core link between management and the field team. Your duties will include:

* Productivity & Performance Management: Monitor, coach, and manage the daily performance of the driver team to maximize output and meet targets. Conduct regular performance reviews.

* Route Monitoring & Optimization: Actively track driver routes using GPS systems to ensure efficiency, schedule adherence, and continuous operational optimization.

* Vehicle Issue Support: Act as the first point of contact for drivers facing vehicle issues (e.g., maintenance needs, breakdowns), coordinating quick resolutions with our internal maintenance or external vendors.

* Team Leadership: Handle conflict resolution, conduct check- ins, and foster a positive, supportive work environment.

* Safety & Compliance: Ensure all drivers and vehicles strictly adhere to company safety policies, traffic laws, and regulatory requirements.

* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports on fleet performance, mileage, and overall operational efficiency using Microsoft Excel.

What You'll Need: Requirements

To excel in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

* Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.

* Language Proficiency:

* Spoken: Must have the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English with drivers and operational staff.

* Written: Must have excellent written proficiency in English for formal reporting and documentation.

* Technical Proficiency (Soft Skills): High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

* Logistics Tools: Familiarity with GPS tracking and route optimization software.

* Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and have access to a personal car for travel to various operational hubs as needed.

* Duty Type: Full- Time Employment

* Working Hours: 8 hours per day

* Location: Hawalli Governorate
