Qualification and Experience

Education: BA degree in marketing or communication.

Experience: 1- 5 years experience in marketing, managing digital media, social media platforms, Public relations, or working in an agency.

Knowledge and skills

- Experience in digital platforms (managing, creating content, planning, and executing).

- Knowledge andup- to- datee with new marketing trends and techniques.

• Hands- on experience of an e- Commerce platform Shopify Preferred.

• Knowledgeable of analytical tools for performance measurement, determining improvements and enhancing shopping experience.

• Basic Knowledge of MS OFFICE - Excel and Power Point.

• Great Leadership skills, with proven experience in managing a team within ecommerce, digital marketing setup.

• Demonstrable track record of devising sales- enhancing strategies.

• Sound knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e- commerce.

• High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

• Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation.

Knowledge of google analytics is preferred.

• Intermediate or Advance Knowledge of MS Office.

Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• Develop, coordinate, implement and revise marketing plans and promotional materials. Assess, develop and coordinate public relations campaigns.

• Monitor, track and evaluate results; recommend changes.

• Compile, update and report marketing data related to advertising and marketing programs

• To ensure timely execution of strategies as per the media plan set in the budget.

• Effectively manage and develop social media mediums to increase brand awareness and other strategic brand objectives.

• Engagement with social media followers, influencers, ambassadors, engagement pods, and brand partners/affiliates to facilitate organic growth conversation targets.

• Be regularly active in engaging (liking, following, and commenting) with accounts that are currently followers, potential followers, and generally speaking.

• Cultivate on- brand business- to- business partnership collaboration giveaways.

• Prepare and execute digital media marketing strategies every quarter

• Prepare quarterly reports for relevant key metrics including A/B testing for optimal posting results.

• Assisting in maintaining the company’s archive of digital images, videos, and other content

• To act as a link between Gold's Gym and other renowned brands to support promotions, tips, events, and sponsorships

• Responsible for conceptualizing and organizing events

• To integrate with an associated marketing agency and ensure that deliverables are fulfilled.

• Development of associations that are beneficial to the brand and can improve lead generation
