Job Title: Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Electrical Engineer to join our team as part of the pre- opening phase of a new shopping mall in Jaber Al Ahmed. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a landmark project and ensure the successful setup and operation of all electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems

• Ensure all electrical works comply with project specifications, safety standards, and

local regulations

• Manage and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams

• Supervise power distribution systems, lighting, low current systems, and emergency

systems

• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems

• Support pre- opening activities including snagging, testing, and final handover

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in facility management or large

commercial projects

• Strong knowledge of LV systems, lighting, fire alarm, and low current systems

• Experience in pre- opening projects (malls, hotels, or commercial facilities) is highly

preferred

• Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards

• Strong analytical, problem- solving, and leadership skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
