Electrical & Instrument Technician

Location: Kuwait

Probation Period: 90 Days

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electromechanical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.

At least 3 years of experience with overhead crane installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Strong knowledge of industrial machinery including cutting, welding, rolling, and shredding equipment.

Experience with AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, motor control circuits, relays, contactors, festoon systems, and conductor rails.

Ability to read electrical drawings and use diagnostic tools.

Knowledge of instrument calibration is an advantage.

Good English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

Willingness to work flexible hours.

Candidates must be currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable visa.

Key Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of overhead cranes.

Maintain and repair cutting, welding, rolling, and shredding equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance, inspections, and testing to reduce downtime.

Ensure compliance with HSE standards, LOTO procedures, and workplace safety regulations.

Maintain maintenance records and coordinate with mechanical teams.
