Prestigious Facility Management Company – Kuwait, We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our dynamic Facility Management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical maintenance operations, ensuring all systems function efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical maintenance and repair activities across assigned

facilities.

• Lead and coordinate electricians and technicians to ensure timely completion of work

orders and preventive maintenance tasks.

• Monitor the operation and maintenance of electrical systems including LV panels,

lighting systems, generators, transformers, UPS systems, and emergency systems.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, electrical standards, and company policies.

• Troubleshoot electrical faults and coordinate corrective actions.

• Review technical reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records.

• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding maintenance

activities and project execution.

• Support energy- saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs.

• Ensure availability of required tools, materials, and spare parts.

• Participate in emergency response and on- call duty when required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance within facility management,

hospitality, commercial, or industrial environments.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience supervising maintenance teams.

• Familiarity with safety regulations and electrical standards.

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

• Kuwait driving license is an advantage.
