Karyan Art is a leading printing and embroidery company in Kuwait, offering high- quality customized apparel, fabric printing, embroidery, laser work, and promotional products. We're expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Embroidery Designer to join us.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail- oriented Embroidery Designer who is passionate about fabric, thread, and design. The ideal candidate will create digital embroidery files, work with various fabrics, and collaborate with our production team to bring custom designs to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and digitize custom embroidery designs using software such as Wilcom, Tajima DG/ML, or equivalent.

Select appropriate stitches, threads, and techniques based on fabric type.

Coordinate with production and sales teams for design approvals and customer feedback.

Ensure quality control and consistency across all embroidery work.

Maintain and manage embroidery design archives and project documentation.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an embroidery designer or digitizer.

Proficiency in embroidery design software (e.g., Wilcom, Pulse, etc.).

Strong understanding of fabrics, threads, and machine embroidery.

Ability to translate sketches, logos, or ideas into embroidery- friendly formats.

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fashion garments or traditional abaya embroidery.

Knowledge of Arabic calligraphy design is a plus.

Familiarity with computerized embroidery machines (Barudan, Tajima, etc.).
