Enterprise Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Manager to lead the growth of our Enterprise, ICT, and Data Center business portfolio in Kuwait. The role is responsible for business development, customer relationship management, vendor partnerships, tender participation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and expand the Enterprise and Data Center portfolio.
• Promote solutions including Dell, Cisco, NetApp, Microsoft, Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, ELV, and Data Center solutions.
• Build relationships with government ministries, oil & gas companies, telecom operators, and private sector clients.
• Manage strategic partnerships with OEMs, distributors, and technology vendors.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare account plans, and drive revenue growth.
• Lead customer meetings, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
• Support and oversee tender participation and proposal submissions.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and management updates.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7–10 years of Enterprise Sales / Business Development experience
• Strong Kuwait market exposure
• Driving License mandatory
• Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
• Residency must be transferable
• Immediately Joiner
• Indian and Pakistani Nationality only preferable
