Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equipment Leasing Executive to join our team in Kuwait, representing SANY, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge and proven experience in equipment leasing, enabling them to drive business growth and build lasting client relationships within the construction and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Promote and lease SANY heavy equipment, including excavators, cranes, loaders, and other construction machinery.

· Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand the leasing portfolio

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

· Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits

· Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs

Qualifications & Requirements:

· A university degree from an accredited university is required.

· A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field will be an added advantage.

· Minimum 3 years of proven experience in heavy equipment leasing or rental sales

· Strong technical understanding of heavy machinery and equipment applications

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Valid Kuwaiti driving license

· Must be fluent in English

Preferred Skills:

· Experience working with international equipment brands

· Strong problem- solving skills and customer- focused mindset

· Negotiate leasing terms and agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
