Job Description:
Executive Assistant & Office Support Controller
Open for Arab nationals- Female
Must have Transferable visa
Skills:
1. We are looking for someone who understands the business, comes from participating in the business meetings as a Business Partner, not a secretary.
2. English communication skills – both verbal & written must be excellent, specially, when it comes to written, the candidate must be able to write letters/memos/emails in detail and with correct grammar.
3. Excel skills – someone who has mid- to- advance level excel using skills, various formulas, merging of data/worksheets, graphs etc.
4. Power point – must be able to independently develop error free presentations.
5. MS Office 365 Suite should know how to use various applications, knowledge of using Power BI will be an added advantage.
6. Knowledge of KPIs and KPOs will be an added advantage.
7. Experience should be in mid- to- large size organizations, not small companies. Current or recent experience must be from Oil & Gas industry.
8. Reporting must be at CEO or Chairman Level positions not CFO or Division/ Department Heads level.
9. Education – Min. Graduate, preference will be given to those having master’s degree from a recognized University
