Job Description / Responsibilities
Indian / Western / Continental / Oriental cuisine.
Chef expertise may apply only.
Preferably from with Dark Kitchen/ cloud Kitchen experience.
Maintain Food Cost below 20%.
Developing new menu items as required and associated costing.
Develop new Food Concepts including Health Foods as well as having an influence in the menu.
Managing inventory so that all necessary ingredients are stocked for service.
Hire the team.
Providing training to facilitate quick acclimation and understanding of recipes for new employees.
Streamlining the kitchen processes to maintain prompt service times and managing delivery tickets to given timelines.
Setting regular cleaning standards for the kitchen and verifying that staff is maintaining sanitation levels.
Creating schedules for all kitchen staff managing staff to up to 20 employees.
Tracking kitchen finances to identify areas of potential waste, as well as labor cost.
Vast knowledge of the menu and execution 5 years working in professional dark / cloud kitchen.
Minimum 3 years in a Managerial role
Understanding of Microsoft Office, and food cost tracking, budgeting, waste control.
Associates degree in culinary arts or higher preferred (not required)
Valid food handlers permit
