Executive Chef specializing in Continental cuisine – Hotel Industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef specializing in Continental cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have strong culinary expertise, leadership abilities, and experience managing high- volume kitchens while maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop innovative Continental menus, seasonal specials, and signature dishes.
• Supervise and manage all kitchen operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets.
• Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with purchasing teams and suppliers for quality ingredients.
• Implement portion and waste control measures.
• Manage kitchen schedules and staffing requirements.
• Stay updated with current culinary trends and industry standards.

Requirements
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef specializing in Continental cuisine.
• Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management preferred.
• Minimum 3- 4 years of professional kitchen experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and international food standards.
• Multi- cuisine exposure is an advantage.
