Executive Pastry Chef

Salary: 1,500 – 2,000 KWD

We are looking for an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join a leading bakery operation in Kuwait.

The ideal candidate has strong creativity, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage daily production with high quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop pastries, cakes, and bakery items

• Manage kitchen staff and daily production

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation

• Monitor inventory and ordering

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as Pastry Chef or Bakery Chef

• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and bakery production

• Ability to lead a team • Creativity and attention to detail

• Ready to join immediately (preferred)
