Job Title: Experienced Boat Captain

Position: Boat Captain

We are currently seeking an experienced Boat Captain to lead our maritime operations. As a Boat Captain, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining our boats, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

- Safely operate and maneuver various types of boats, including motorboats, yachts, and other watercraft.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant maritime regulations, local laws, and safety procedures.

- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure the vessel's seaworthiness, including checking engine systems, safety equipment, and navigational instruments.

- Plan and execute efficient and enjoyable routes while considering weather conditions, passenger preferences, and time constraints.

- Monitor and respond to changing weather conditions and adjust plans accordingly to ensure the safety of all onboard.

- Have a full knowledge with industry trends, maritime regulations, and safety practices to ensure the highest level of professionalism and competency.

Requirements:

- Valid Sea Driving License and Regular Driving License.

- Proven experience as a Boat Captain or similar role, with a strong track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.

- Thorough knowledge of maritime rules and regulations, navigational techniques, and safety protocols.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on the demands of the business.

- Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance tasks.

- First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
