We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of our facilities, ensuring efficient building operations and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily facility operations and maintenance.

Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and vendors.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and local regulations.

Manage maintenance budgets and service contracts.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and facility improvement projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of facilities management experience.

Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance operations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience is an advantage.
