Job Requirements:

Immediate Joiner

Female candidate

5- 6 years of experience

Must hold Article 18—Transferable Visa

Immediate availability is mandatory

Hands- on Experience Required in:

Development and implementation of HR Policies & Procedures

Performance Appraisal processes

Employee Relations management

Payroll processing, compliance, and salary structures

Compensation & Benefits administration

End- of- Service settlement procedures

Experience with ERP is highly preferred

Strong knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law
