We are looking for a skilled and passionate Female Spa Therapist to join our new Luxury Female Spa Branch. If you have experience in massage therapy, skincare, and wellness treatments, along with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, we invite you to be part of our team!

Position: Female Spa Therapist

Location: Sharq, KuwaitCity

Job Type: Full- Time (12- hour shift)

Salary: Competitive + Commission +Accommodation + Tips + Flight every 2 years

Nationality Preferred: Indonesia, Filipino, India, Thailand

Job Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of massage techniques, facial treatments, meni pedi and body therapies according to spa standards.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

Conduct pre- treatment consultations to understand clients’ needs and medical history.

Ensure treatment rooms are clean, well- prepared, and fully stocked before and after each session.

Follow all hygiene and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe environment.

Recommend appropriate skincare products and wellness packages to clients.

Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming attitude at all times.

Report any issues related to spa facilities, maintenance, or client concerns to management.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in massage therapy, beauty treatments, or spa services is required.

Certification in Massage Therapy, Skincare, or Beauty Therapy is preferred.

Ability to perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone, reflexology, and sports massage.

Strong understanding of body wellness, skincare routines, and spa therapies.

Fluency in English

Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach.

Ability to work a 12- hour shift and handle multiple client bookings efficiently.

Knowledge of spa hygiene and safety standards.
