Salary: 300- 350KD

Location: Kuwait city

*Responsibilities:*

Assist in administrative tasks to support daily operations.

Manage data entry and maintain accurate records.

Coordinate logistics for projects and events.

Support inventory management and procurement processes.

Prepare documentation and reports for internal use.

Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist in implementation.

Provide general support to the operations team as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

*Skills:*

Effective communication and coordination among staff involved in daily operations.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Operations.

Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines are equally important.

Ability to work under pressure along with ability to make fast decisions.

Problem solving skills.

Following up on tasks with the concerned person and reporting to the Operations Manager on a daily basis.

Taking responsibility for task completions. Meaning that work cannot be delayed due to outside factors, and following up is key.

Willing to come late night time during expo for setup supervision.
