Salary: Competitive + Comissions

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a luxurious and comfortable experience.

Manage spa bookings via phone, WhatsApp, and in- person requests.

Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages, and offers.

Handle cash, card, and online payments efficiently.

Maintain a clean and organized reception and spa ambiance.

Assist in upselling spa services & retail products.

Respond promptly to WhatsApp and Instagram messages.

Coordinate with therapists to ensure smooth operations.

Organize VIP arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, and special events.

Monitor guest feedback and contribute to service excellence.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or spa reception is preferred.

Strong knowledge of spa services, beauty products, and guest handling.

Must be fluent in Arabic & English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, booking systems, and CRM software.

Excellent communication, organization, and multi- taskingg skills.

Ability to handle financial transactions and maintain records accurately.

Warm, friendly, and professional attitude with a high level of hospitality.
