Key Responsibilities:

Garment Construction: Transform original design sketches and master patterns into finished, wearable high- end garments (e.g., evening wear, bridal, or tailored suits).

Pattern Manipulation & Draping: Prepare, alter, and adjust patterns. Pin, baste, and drape fabrics to achieve the desired silhouette on dress forms or directly on clients.

Fitting Execution: Conduct client fittings, marking precise areas that require adjustments, alterations, or tapering for a perfect custom fit.

Fabric Preparation & Cutting: Inspect high- quality fabrics for flaws and cut pieces accurately using shears or industrial cutting tools.

Sewing & Finishing: Operate industrial sewing machines and execute complex hand- sewing, hemming, and finishing techniques (e.g., hidden stitching, beading, and fastening).

Quality Control & Pressing: Press, steam, and meticulously check every garment for quality, symmetry, and accuracy before final delivery.

Atelier Maintenance: Maintain an organized workstation, managing inventories of threads, trims, and fabrics
