The ideal candidate will manage administrative duties essential to the smooth operation of our office, including:
Handling and directing incoming and outgoing calls and emails, specifically managing inquiries related to domestic worker recruitment.
Maintaining and organizing confidential personnel records for both clients and candidates (domestic workers).
Assisting in the processing of applications, visas, and contracts, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with local regulations.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating interviews between employers and candidates.
Providing translation assistance (English/Tagalog) as needed to facilitate clear communication.
Managing office supplies and performing general clerical duties.
Nationality: Must be a Filipino national (required for effective communication with candidates).
Language: Excellent proficiency in English and Arabic.
Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably within a recruitment agency or human resources setting.
Skills: Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attributes: Highly organized, detail- oriented, professional demeanor, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
