Finance & Admin Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations and administrative functions, ensuring efficient and compliant business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial and administrative operations.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports.

Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with management, auditors, and suppliers.

Supervise office administration and support staff.

Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in a trading or contracting company.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Strong communication skills in English; Arabic knowledge will be an added advantage.

Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
