Freight Sales Manager Wanted

We are looking Freight Sales Manager to join our logistics and delivery team.

Responsibilities include:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding (import/export)

including air, sea, and road transportation.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective

customers.

- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and

service delivery.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new areas for growth.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for senior management.

- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings as needed.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing in line with company policy and market conditions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related

field.

- Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license.

- Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the freight forwarding/logistics

industry.

- Strong knowledge of international freight processes, Incoterms, and customs

regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Self- motivated, target- driven, and results- oriented.

- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
