Front Desk Supervisor Required

We are looking for an experienced and service- driven Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team and to ensure exceptional guest experiences . The ideal candidate will oversee daily front desk activities, support the team, and maintain the highest standards of service expected in a 5- star environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and support the Front Desk team during shifts
• Ensure smooth and efficient check- in and check- out processes
• Handle VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest complaints professionally
• Monitor room allocation, occupancy, and coordination with housekeeping
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service
• Review daily reports, cash handling, and billing accuracy
• Assist in scheduling shifts and managing team performance
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
• Support upselling initiatives and revenue optimization
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a 5
star hotel
• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in hotel systems ( OPERA, ONQ, or similar)
• Strong problem- solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
• Well- groomed, professional appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
