We are currently looking for an experienced Galvanizing Engineer to join our reputed company in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising the hot- dip galvanizing process, ensuring product quality, process efficiency, and compliance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and control the hot- dip galvanizing process for fabricated steel structures

• Ensure compliance with ASTM, ISO, BS, and client specifications

• Monitor bath chemistry, temperature, and coating thickness

• Identify and resolve galvanizing defects and quality issues

• Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and fabrication teams

• Maintain safety, environmental, and operational standards

• Prepare technical reports and process documentation

• Support continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in galvanizing within the mechanical or steel fabrication industry

• Strong knowledge of hot- dip galvanizing processes and standards

• Experience working in GCC or international EPC projects is an advantage

• Good communication and reporting skills
