We are hiring a General Manager who will oversee all business operations, including restaurant performance, financial management, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and business development. The ideal candidate has strong experience in the F&B sector, preferably within Lebanese cuisine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall company and restaurant operations

• Drive sales growth and profitability targets

• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control

• Supervise management and staff teams

• Develop operational procedures and improve efficiency

• Monitor inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement

• Implement marketing and promotional strategies

• Ensure compliance with local health and labor regulations

• Maintain strong brand reputation and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in F&B management or restaurant operations

• Experience with Lebanese cuisine concepts is highly preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Financial and operational management expertise
