To oversee the performance of the GPS tracking system for all vehicles and equipment,

generate and analyse technical and operational reports, coordinate with the GPS service

provider company to ensure rapid issue resolution, and maximize the benefits of the tracking

system for the company's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor daily GPS device performance and ensure data accuracy and system

readiness.

* Generate and analyse periodic reports (operating hours, alerts, geo- fence violations,

etc.).

* Track and document maintenance requests and faults with the GPS provider to ensure

timely resolutions.

* Provide technical support in using the system and interpreting reports for

management.

* Ensure the GPS provider adheres to maintenance and update schedules.

* Maintain confidentiality and security of tracking data.

* Recommend improvements in tracking system utilization based on periodic analyses.

Basic Requirements:

Education: Diploma or bachelor’s in business administration, IT, or a related field.

Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, tracking systems, or related technical fields.

Certifications/Licenses (if any): Preferred certifications in fleet management or technical systems.

Language or other skills: Proficiency in computer use and reporting systems.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with good communication in both Arabic and

English
