o Formulate design concepts and presentation approaches

o Strategize, design and produce high- end results

o Develop innovative ideas and concepts

o Present samples to Supervisor for selection and approval

JOB KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:

o University Degree in Graphic Design

o Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in designing magazines, brochures, booklets, posters, and all printed materials.

o Associate degree / Diploma in Design or Visual Arts (common for junior roles).

o Portfolio showcasing academic and/or personal projects.

o Design Software Proficiency:

o Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, XD).

o Other tools: CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, Canva, Affinity Designer, Procreate.

o Digital Design:

o UI/UX fundamentals, web layouts, responsive design.

o Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics (for web- related roles).

o Print Design

o Prepress preparation, CMYK color management, typography, branding, packaging.

o Motion & Multimedia (for advanced roles)

o Animation, video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Blender).
