GTM Assistant Opening in Kuwait

We are seeking for GTM Assistant candidate in Kuwait with the specified Responsibility and Skills described as below points.

Responsibilities

Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for internal teams and external stakeholders across different time zones.

Assist with event planning, including booking venues and managing logistics for meetings, workshops, or offsites.

Prepare briefing materials and presentations for GTM leadership.

Assist with market research, competitive analysis, and product performance tracking.

Prepare reports and dashboards to measure the performance of GTM initiatives and product sales.

Conduct sales analysis by product and channel.

Act as a point of contact for product-related questions, ensuring teams have the necessary knowledge.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, product, and logistics teams to ensure smooth product launches and campaign execution.

Assist with managing budgets and tracking expenses related to GTM activities.

Maintain and update internal documentation and team calendars.

Handle tasks like drafting team announcements and coordinating gift orders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PPT) for data analysis and presentation creation.

Ability to analyze data, track performance, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

A solutions-first and proactive approach to problem-solving is often valued.
