We are looking for a skilled Head Auto Painter to join our workshop.

The candidate must be confident in delivering high- quality, clean finishes and handling full paint jobs independently.

Responsibilities:

• Full paint process (prep supervision → base coat → clear coat)

• Color matching and blending

• Achieving smooth, high- gloss finishes

• Supervising prep work quality before paint

• Maintaining spray guns and equipment

Requirements:

✔ Strong experience in automotive painting

✔ Excellent clear coat finishing (no runs / minimal orange peel)

✔ Good eye for detail and color matching

✔ Experience with HVLP/LVLP spray guns

✔ Able to work independently

Salary & Benefits:

350 KD base Salary

Salary increases based on performance
