We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef for our Central Kitchen to lead our culinary operations across multiple locations in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a creative approach to menu development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and oversee kitchen operations across multiple outlets.
-Develop menus, recipes, and food costing sheets.
-Research, create, and test innovative seasonal dishes.
-Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timely delivery.
-Train, mentor, and develop kitchen teams.
-Implement and maintain food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
-Develop and monitor kitchen policies and procedures.
-Coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
-Maintain accurate records and reports.
-Foster a positive, collaborative, and high- performance kitchen culture.
Requirements:
-Minimum 6 years of experience in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality chains.
-Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
-Strong leadership, communication, and team- building skills.
-Creative, hands- on, and passionate about food.
-Ability to manage multiple kitchens and teams simultaneously.
-Strong organizational and problem- solving abilities.
