Experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager

Responsibilities:

* Manage all kitchen operations and staff.

* Lead and train the kitchen team.

* Maintain high food quality and consistency.

* Control food cost and minimize waste.

* Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control.

* Develop and standardize recipes.

* Ensure food safety and hygiene standards.

* Work under pressure and handle high- volume catering orders.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

* Experience in catering, buffets, or central kitchens is preferred.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Excellent knowledge of food costing and kitchen management.

* Ability to build and motivate a professional team.

* ⁠have worked in kuwait before as a head chef
