We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Pastry Chef currently available in Kuwait for local hiring. The ideal candidate must be capable of creating high- quality pastries and desserts according to Kuwait market taste and customer preferences. Job Responsibilities: Prepare and develop premium pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery items. Create new pastry recipes and dessert concepts suitable for Kuwait customers. Maintain high standards of taste, quality, and presentation. Supervise pastry kitchen operations and staff. Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards. Control wastage, food cost, and inventory management. Handle daily pastry production efficiently. Train and guide pastry staff for quality consistency. Coordinate with management for menu planning and seasonal items. Requirements: Must be currently available in Kuwait (Local Hire Only). Minimum 5 years of pastry kitchen experience. Strong experience in Arabic and international desserts. Good knowledge of Kuwait market taste and trends. Experience in cafés, bakeries, restaurants, or hotels. Ability to manage pastry production independently. Creative and innovative pastry presentation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
