Working Hours:
9 Working Hours + 1 Hour Break
6 Days per Week
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare premium chocolates, pastries, and desserts
Develop and maintain high- quality chocolate and pastry products
Manage recipe costing and food cost control
Oversee inventory management and stock planning
Coordinate with suppliers for raw materials and purchasing
Supervise and train kitchen production staff
Ensure consistent product quality, presentation, and food safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production kitchen
Requirements
Proven experience in chocolate making is mandatory
Strong knowledge of pastry production and chocolate techniques
Experience in costing, inventory management, and supplier coordination
Leadership skills with experience managing kitchen staff
Ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced production environment
