Extended Reach Ready Mix Concrete Factory is currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Cost Accountant (Ready Mix Concrete - RMC)

We are seeking a detail- oriented and analytical Cost Accountant to support cost control and operational finance activities within the Ready Mix Concrete industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and analyze production costs per cubic meter, including raw materials, labor, fuel, transportation, and plant overheads.

* Perform material variance analysis by comparing actual consumption against standard mix design benchmarks.

* Reconcile batching plant data, dispatch records, fuel consumption, and driver overtime reports.

* Prepare plant- wise and site- wise profitability reports.

Requirements:

* 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting.

* Experience in the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) industry is preferred.

* Strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.

2. Heavy Transport Drivers

We are also looking for Heavy Transport Drivers to join our team.

Requirements:

* Age between 25 to 40 years.

* Valid Heavy Driving License.

* Previous experience in heavy transport driving is preferred.
