Help Desk Admin Required in Kuwait

HIRING: Help Desk Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive, log, and track all facility-related requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

- Coordinate with relevant FM teams (maintenance, HVAC, electrical, housekeeping, security, etc.) to resolve reported issues.

- Monitor and follow up on requests to ensure timely closure and satisfaction.

- Maintain records of service requests, work orders, and FM reports.

- Provide updates to employees regarding the status of their requests.

- Assist in scheduling preventive maintenance and routine inspections.

- Escalate urgent or complex issues to supervisors or specialized teams.

- Support FM team in reporting metrics, trends, and recurring issues.

Requirements:

2-3 Years of experience

Total salary: KWD 295/- (8 Hours/ day)
