Hiring: Fleet Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team.

Location: Kuwait
Position: Supervisor (Fleet & Drivers)

Key Responsibilities:

* Daily vehicle inspections (cleanliness, engine condition, KM tracking)

* Monitor driver attendance and ensure on- time check- ins

* Follow up with drivers on daily performance and activity

* Ensure GPS is active and all vehicles are tracked

* Manage driver accommodation and maintain cleanliness standards

* Handle driver issues and resolve them promptly

* Maintain fleet readiness and ensure all vehicles are operational

* Prepare and submit maintenance and performance reports

* Manage driver records, IDs, and contract- related tasks

* Coordinate with management and contractors on daily operations

Requirements:

* Experience in fleet or delivery operations preferred

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to manage multiple drivers and tasks efficiently

* Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and reporting

* Responsible and problem- solving attitude
